ORDERS:
ORDER AND DECISION
This matter comes before me pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-310, et seq. (Supp.
1994) for a hearing pursuant to the application of Britton S. Parker, Britt's Inc., d/b/a Tripp's
Convenience Store. The applicant seeks an on-premises beer and wine permit (AI 104498) for a
convenience store located at 1015 South Columbia Road, Winnsboro, South Carolina.
After timely notice to the parties and the protestants, a hearing was held at the
Administrative Law Judge Division on December 11, 1995 in Columbia, South Carolina. Larry
Stevenson, Rachel Clouney, Johnnah and Harold Crocker, George Plyler, Wyman R. Starnes,
Edward D. Lambert, and H.G. Phillips Jr., the protestants of record, failed to appear at the
hearing or to make a Motion for a Continuance, thereby, waiving their protests. Therefore, there
is no opposition of record to the Petitioner's application.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Department of Revenue and Taxation continue to
process the application of Britton S. Parker, Britt's, Inc., d/b/a Tripp's Convenience Store for and
on-premises beer and wine permit at 1015 South Columbia Road, Winnsboro, South Carolina.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
