ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The South Carolina Department of Revenue and Taxation ("Department") transmitted this
case to this Division after Vada P. Lee protested the issuance of the permit and license to the
Petitioner. Ms. Lee has since withdrawn her protest concerning the issuance of the permit and license
and the Department now requests that this case be removed from the Division's docket.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, that since the sole Protestant has withdrawn her protest
and the Department concurs in the issuance of the permit and license, this case is dismissed.
