ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-captioned matter, petitioner, Cleveland A. Paige, applied for an on-premises
beer and wine permit (AI 103372). However, the application was protested and a hearing was
scheduled for August 21, 1995 at the Administrative Law Judge Division, Columbia, South
Carolina. An Order and Notice of Hearing was mailed to all parties and protestants of record.
Petitioner, Cleveland A. Paige, failed to appear at the hearing. Because petitioner failed to
appear, his application is deemed abandoned or withdrawn.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed and petitioner's application for
an on-premises beer and wine permit is deemed abandoned or withdrawn.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
