ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to a protest
made of Celia F. Strong's application of a wholesale beer and wine permit. After receiving the South
Carolina Department of Revenue and Taxation ("Department") transmittal concerning the
Application by Celia Strong, our office received a letter dated August 11, 1995, by Nicholas P. Sipe,
attorney for the Department. He informed our office that, based on the depositions last week, the
Department no longer objects to the Petitioner receiving this wholesale beer and wine permit. Mr.
Sipe also requests that we cancel the hearing scheduled for Thursday, September 14, 1995.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above matter be dismissed.
