ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to a protest made of
Paul Elmore's application of a beer and wine permit and business sale and consumption license. Since
receiving the South Carolina Department of Revenue and Taxation's ("Department") transmittal
concerning the Petition by Paul Elmore, our office received a letter by the sole Protestant, Reverend
Augustus D. Robinson, Jr., dropping the protest into this matter. Nicholas P. Sipe, attorney for the
South Carolina Department of Revenue and Taxation, informed our office that the Department has
no objection to the Petitioner receiving this beer and wine permit and business sale and consumption
license.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above matter be dismissed.
