ORDERS:
ORDER
This Court received a copy of a letter from Richard A. Grabowski, President of the
Northgate Merchants Association, dated June 5, 1995. Mr. Grabowski indicates that the
Northgate Merchants Association, sole protestant in the above matter, wishes to withdraw its
protest to the renewal applications of Petitioner for a beer/wine permit (AI #92969) and sale and
consumption license (AI #92968). Upon withdrawal of the protest, there is no opposition to
Petitioner's applications. Hearing in this matter is scheduled for July 10, 1995, at 9:00 a.m. at the
Horry County Courthouse, Conway, South Carolina.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for July 10, 1995, at
9:00 a.m. is cancelled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned matter bearing Docket Number
95-ALJ-17-0312-CC is hereby dismissed and that the South Carolina Department of Revenue and
Taxation issue the beer and wine permit (AI #92969) and the business sale and consumption
license (AI #92968) applied for upon Petitioner's payment of the prescribed fee and bond.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
