ORDERS:
ORDER AND DECISION
In the above-captioned matter, the Respondent has advised the Administrative Law Judge
Division, by letter dated May 12, 1995, that the Protestant, Sergeant John Lyles of the
Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office, has withdrawn his protest to the issuance of a beer and wine
permit (AI 102411) to Evelyn A. Burke, d/b/a Chesnee Quikway. Upon withdrawal of this
protest, there is no opposition to the Petitioner's application, therefore, a hearing is no longer
necessary.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed and that the Department of
Revenue and Taxation continue to process the application of Evelyn A. Burke for a beer and wine
permit at 708 West Cherokee Street, Chesnee, South Carolina.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
