ORDER
The Court received a copy of a letter dated May 2, 1995, from Kenneth E. Allen,
Attorney for Petitioner in the above matter. It appears that Mr. Willis has withdrawn his
application for a beer/wine permit (AI #99542). The hearing in the above matter is scheduled for
May 24, 1995, at 9:30 a.m.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing in the above matter scheduled for
May 24, 1995, at 9:30 a.m. is cancelled and that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
