ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Petitioner notified this Division by letter dated August 7, 2003, that it desired to
withdraw its request for a contested case hearing based on the Respondent’s issuance of an
Agricultural Permit to KC Broiler Farms.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that my previous order for Prehearing Statements is hereby
rescinded due to the dismissal of the matter.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
