ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. It
appearing that the sole protestant in the matter, First Baptist Church, wishes to withdraw their
protest, pursuant to their motion in the attached letter dated January 31, 1995. Now therefore, by
motion of the protestant,
IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
