ORDERS:
ORDER AND DECISION
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. It appears
that the petitioner, Tracy D. Macomson, has reached a settlement agreement with the protestant,
Anderson County Sheriff's Department, pursuant to the attached letters dated December 15, 1994.
and December 19, 1994. Now therefore, by motion of petitioner,
IT IS ORDERED that the beer and wine permit in the above-captioned case be issued to
Tracy Macomson with the following restriction:
1. Charles Harward and Michael Shane Harward will not be allowed on the licensed
premises during hours of operation.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
