ORDER
This matter is before me on motion of Robert M. McInnis, Attorney for Petitioner, filed
May 10, 1995. Mr. McInnis requests that the above matter be dismissed and that John D. Price,
Fantails, Inc., 3506 Hwy 501, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, be issued the alcohol licenses

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned matter bearing Docket Number

Taxation issue the beer and wine permit (AI #99606) and the business sale and consumption
license (AI #99607) applied for upon Petitioner's payment of the prescribed fee and bond.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
