ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. It
appearing that the sole protestant in the matter, Sgt. John P. Lyles, Jr., wishes to withdraw his
protest, pursuant to the attached letter dated November 16, 1994. Now therefore, by motion of
petitioner,
IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
