ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. It
appears that the petitioner, Jimmy Todd Ellison, wishes to withdraw his application, pursuant to
the attached letter dated December 8, 1994. Now therefore, by motion of petitioner,
IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
