Hearing on the above proposed regulation is set for Thursday, August 14, 2003, at 10:00 a.m.
The Court was advised by letter dated July 30, 2003, from Deirdra T. Singleton, General Counsel for
South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services that the Department did not receive any
requests for a hearing on the proposed regulation in the above matter and that the hearing will not
be necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for August 14, 2003, at 10:00
a.m. a.m. is canceled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 03-ALJ-08-0231-RH is hereby dismissed.
