ORDERS:
FINAL ORDER
This matter was set for a hearing on whether to issue an on-premises retail beer and wine
permit to the petitioner. The hearing was scheduled on Monday, May 2, 1994 at 10:15 a.m. Notice
was sent to petitioner at the address listed by him in the application as his mailing address. The
petitioner failed to appear at the hearing. Captain William Martin of the Orangeburg County Sheriff's
Department appeared to protest the application.
In the notice the petitioner was informed that failure to appear at the hearing could result in
an adverse administrative decision and wold be construed as abandonment of the application.
Petitioner failed to appear and this court deems his application abandoned. This case is
DISMISSED. And it is ordered.
