ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is currently pending before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division. This matter involves a
request for a contested case hearing by the Respondent after a denial of the renewal of a beer and wine permit by the
Department of Revenue. The denial was issued as a result of protests challenging the suitability of the location. A letter,
signed by Gary Oates, was filed with the Division on July 8, 2002, withdrawing the request for a hearing. He stated he had
closed the business. Therefore, having no request for a hearing, it is hereby
ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
