The above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) on October 16, 2001. On
November 1, 2001, the Protestant's attorney, Kenneth E. Allen, filed a letter with the Division which set forth that the
Protestant was withdrawing his opposition to the issuance of this permit/license. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
