The above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) on October 4, 2001. The
hearing into this matter was held on April 18, 2002, at the offices of the Division. At the commencement of the hearing,
the Petitioner withdrew her application with the Department along with her request for this contested case hearing.
Therefore, finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
