This matter was scheduled to be heard as a contested case by the undersigned on December 12, 2001. On November 30,
2001, Carolyn Deas contacted this office and left a voice mail that the Applicant in this case, Willie Rogers Deas, was
withdrawing his request for a contested case hearing. On December 5, 2001, Carolyn Deas contacted this office and, on
behalf of the Applicant, withdrew the request for a contested case hearing.
Accordingly,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
