CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter comes before me upon the motion of Respondent, South Carolina Department of Transportation, pursuant to
Rule 41(a)(2) of the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure, for an Order to end this case because the parties have fully
resolved their differences upon the re-issuance of the outdoor advertising permit on condition the Petitioner perform certain
vegetation enhancements prescribed by the Respondent.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case be ended and stricken, with prejudice, from the calendar.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
