ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In this matter, the parties agreed to terms of settlement, which were read into the record in open court at the April 12, 1999 hearing. As provided in S.C. R.C.P. 43(k), these settlement terms resolve all disputes in the case at hand and are binding upon the parties.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
