The above-captioned matter was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division
(Division) on May 19, 2003. On July 16, 2003, this office received a letter from David Reuwer,
attorney for the Petitioner, in which he set forth that the Petitioner was withdrawing its request
for a contested case. Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
