On August 27, 2001, a Motion to Dismiss was filed by Appellant based upon the grounds that
the parties have reached a settlement agreement. There being no further controversy, the Motion is hereby
granted.
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed without prejudice.
