ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Petitioner notified this Division by letter dated July 1, 2003, that he desired to withdraw
his request for a contested case hearing based on the Respondent’s denial of his concealed weapons
application. The Respondent has agreed to issue the permit to the Petitioner.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
