This matter is currently pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. The Respondent filed a
Motion to Dismiss the Division on March 15, 2001, setting forth that the Appellant has been released from
the custody of the Department thereby rendering this appeal moot. Therefore, finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this appeal be DISMISSED.
