ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") pursuant to Appellant's letter filed
with the undersigned Administrative Law Judge on December 21, 2000.
In his letter, Appellant states that the Respondent ("DOC") notified him of DOC's decision to remove the
disciplinary conviction, for which the above referenced appeal was filed, from Appellant's record. Appellant also
attached a letter from the office of the Assistant Deputy Director for Operations at DOC that states "appropriate
action has been taken to have the disciplinary convictions in question removed from your record". Based on the
foregoing, this matter is no longer in dispute.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above matter be dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
