ORDER

THIS MATTER is before me upon motion of William N. Epps, Jr., one of the attorneys for the Appellant, Kenneth C. Walker, and with the consent of Joe Turner, staff counsel for the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulations, the Real Estate Appraisers Board.

It appears that the above captioned matter is before the Administrative Law Judge pursuant to an Appeal from an Order of the Real Estate Appraisers Board dated June 11, 2002.

It now appears that the Appellant, Kenneth C. Walker, has settled this matter with the South Carolina Real Estate Appraisers Board pursuant to a Private Agreement, dated March 11, 2003.

It further appears that the Order of the Real Estate Appraisers Board dated June 11, 2002, should be vacated and set aside since this matter is now settled pursuant to Private Agreement.

It appears that the Appellant as well as the Real Estate Appraisers Board agree with the vacating of this Order.

Now therefore it is

ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:

1.That the Order of the Real Estate Appraisers Board dated June 11, 2002, against Kenneth C. Walker, is hereby set aside and vacated, and is of no force and effect.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
