ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Respondent Department of Corrections filed its Motion to Dismiss in the above matter with the Administrative Law Judge Division
on November 21, 2000. The Order requiring Appellant to respond to Respondent's Motion to Dismiss was issued on November 30,
2000 by the undersigned Administrative Law Judge. Appellant's Response to the Motion to Dismiss, filed on December 5, 2000,
states that this appeal is moot. He states that he did receive the relief he requested in his grievance.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED this matter is dismissed without prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
