ORDERS:
ORDER OF CONSOLIDATION
Grievance No. PCI-0569-oo
These three matters are currently pending before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to the Appellant's
Notice of Appeal dated August 15, 2000. All three of these matters involve the Appellant's conviction for "Threatening to Inflict
Harm on an Employee (1.4)" and "Refusing or Failing to Obey Orders (2.13)" based on altercations that occurred between the
Appellant and guards on March 23, 2000 and March 30, 2000. In fact, the Appellant filed identical Notices of Appeal in all three
matters. In the interest of judicial economy, it is hereby
ORDERED that these three matters shall be CONSOLIDATED; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter shall proceed under the Docket No. 00-ALJ-04-00561-AP, and 00-ALJ-04-0562-AP
and 00-ALJ-04-0563-AP shall be stricken from the docket.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
