ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Respondent in this matter filed a Motion to Dismiss with the undersigned Administrative Law
Judge (ALJ) on March 2, 2001 stating that the Appellant has been released from custody and alleging that
therefore this appeal is moot. As of the date of this Order, Appellant has not filed a response to the Motion to
Dismiss, although Appellant has had ample time to do so. In this appeal, Appellant seeks monetary
compensation which this tribunal has no authority to grant.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby dismissed with prejudice
against Appellant.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
