Pursuant to ALJD Rule TR63 (1999), Appellant was required to file an appellate brief with the Administrative Law Judge Division and serve all parties "within twenty (20) days after the date of receipt of the Record of Appeal." The Record on Appeal was filed on August 28, 2000. Appellant failed to file a brief within twenty days. Therefore, pursuant to ALJD Rule T65, this matter is hereby dismissed.
