ORDERS:
ORDER
Respondent Department of Corrections filed its Motion to Dismiss in the above matter with the Administrative Law Judge Division
on September 28, 2000. The Order requiring Appellant to respond to Respondent's Motion to Dismiss was issued on September 29,
2000 by the undersigned Administrative Law Judge. It was ordered that the response should be filed by the Appellant within fifteen
(15) days of the date the of the Order. As of the date of this Order, the Appellant has not filed a response to the Motion to Dismiss.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed pursuant to Appellant's failure to comply with the undersigned
Administrative Law Judge's Order of September 29, 2000.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
