ORDERS:
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This matter is before me on appeal of Appellant Eric Smiley (Appellant), filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division ("ALJD")
on June 13, 2000.
The ALJD issued an Order Governing Procedure on June 19, 2000, requiring, among other things, the Appellant to file and serve his
brief on August 30, 2000.
On August 29, 2000, Appellant filed a letter stating that he "must decline from my present position . . . ."
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the appeal of Appellant Eric Smiley , Docket Number 00-ALJ-04-00313-AP, is hereby
dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
