ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On September 5, 2000, Respondent filed its brief regarding the above-captioned appeal. Respondent asserted in its brief that, after a
review of the policy involved in this appeal, Respondent agrees to grant the relief requested by not charging Appellant $6.43 for the
hygiene packs. Respondent further agrees to remove all debits for hygiene packs that have been entered against Appellant's account.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Respondent must remove all debits for hygiene packs that have been entered against Appellant's
account and must provide proof to the undersigned within thirty (30) days of the date of this order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
