letter on May 26, 2000 from South Carolina Department of Corrections "overturning the charge, and restoring [his] good
time." That letter is attached hereto and is incorporated into this Order of Dismissal by reference. Therefore, finding good
cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned be dismissed.
