ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This matter is before me on appeal of Appellant filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division ("ALJD").
By Order dated May 23, 2000, Appellant was ordered to file with the undersigned judge and serve on Respondent a Brief of
Appellant on or before August 7, 2000. As of the date of this Order Appellant has failed to comply with said Order.
The Administrative Law Judge may dismiss an appeal for failure to comply with any of the time limits set forth in an appeal.
ALJDTR 65. As Appellant has been afforded ample time to file, and has not notified the ALJD of any extenuating circumstances
regarding his failure to respond, I conclude that Appellant has failed to comply with the time limits.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the appeal of Appellant Wayne G. Henderson, Docket Number 00-ALJ-04-00026-AP, is
hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
