ORDERS:
ORDER REOPENING CASE
This matter is before
me pursuant to a Motion to Reopen this case filed by the Appellant on August
24, 2006. Pursuant to a conference call held on August 31, 2006, I find that
in order to achieve Due Process, it is necessary to reopen this case.
Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case be REOPENED.
IT IS FURTHER
ORDERED that the Appellant file its brief within ten (10) days from the
date of this Order.
IT IS FURTHER
ORDERED that the Respondent file his brief within fifteen (15) days from
the receipt of Appellant’s brief.
