ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On March
22, 1999, a letter was received from T. Douglas Concannon, Attorney for Petitioner, advising that
Respondent has agreed voluntarily to surrender his license to the Department for revocation, and no
hearing on whether his license should be revoked is required. There being no further controversy
in this matter, Petitioner requests that this case be dismissed.
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
