The above-captioned appeal was filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) on August 9, 2002. On January 20, 2003, Heath P. Taylor, attorney for the Appellant, filed a letter with the Division in which he set forth that he was withdrawing this appeal as his client has now relinquished its license to the South Carolina Board of Manufactured Housing, thereby rendering this matter moot. Therefore,
