ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Counsel for the Petitioner notified this Division by letter dated May 21, 2003, that they
desired to withdraw their request for a contested case hearing based on the Respondent’s re-certification of Petitioner’s laboratory as of April 14, 2003. The parties have agreed to dismiss this
case.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that my previous order requiring the parties to submit
prehearing statements is hereby rescinded due to the dismissal of the matter.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
