Consent Order of Dismissal
In Re:DHEC’s decision, dated October 10, 2002, to decertify the Petrus Laboratory Certificate No.
43566001.
This matter comes before the Division on petition by Petrus of the Department’s decision to
decertify Laboratory Certificate No. 43566001. The parties now represent to the Division that Petrus
has sold the laboratory. The parties agree, without any admissions of fact or law that the petition may
be dismissed as moot.
Accordingly, and with the consent of the parties, this case is hereby DISMISSED
