ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On September 9, 1999, a letter was
received from Hana Pokorna-Williamson, Attorney for Intervenor, stating, "On September 8, the Consumer Advocate and
Allstate Insurance Company resolved any remaining issues with regard to this insurance rate request. On behalf of the
Consumer Advocate, I would like to inform you that the Consumer Advocate no longer desires to have a public hearing
scheduled on this matter. Since it appears that no other party requested a hearing or has any outstanding issues, I would like
to request that the hearing request be withdrawn".
Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
