ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
On May 15, 2003, Appellant filed a Request for Reconsideration of this tribunal’s May 5,
2003 Order in the above-captioned matter. However, upon review of Appellant’s motion, this
tribunal finds no basis for a reconsideration of the Order in this case and, therefore, must respectfully
deny Appellant’s Request for Reconsideration.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Appellant’s Request for Reconsideration of this tribunal’s
May 5, 2003 decision in this case is DENIED.
