ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
By
a Motion for Voluntary Dismissal filed on August 14, 2006, Petitioner Shavon’s
Purple Lotus Body Art Boutique, LLC, notified this Court that Respondent South
Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control has granted it the
tattoo facility license it sought in the above-captioned matter and that it
therefore wishes to withdraw its request for a contested case in this matter. Petitioner
further informed the Court that Respondent consents to the dismissal of this
matter.
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
