ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This
matter is before the Administrative Law Court (ALC or Court) pursuant to the
Request for a Contested Case Hearing filed by Petitioner on February 7, 2006.
On August 9, 2006, counsel for Petitioner filed a letter with the Court
indicating Petitioner’s desire to withdraw his request for a contested case in
the above referenced matter.
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above referenced matter is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
