ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me pursuant to Respondent Jerrica J. Jenkins's request for a contested case hearing regarding the
decision of the Petitioner South Carolina Department of Natural Resources to suspend his commercial saltwater fishing
privileges. A hearing was scheduled for November 4, 2002, at 2:30 p.m., in the offices of the Administrative Law Judge
Division. On November 1, 2002, I received a letter from Respondent's attorney advising that Respondent withdraws his
appeal of the suspension of the license. Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
