ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. It appears
to the satisfaction of the Division that this case has been ended by the parties since the Respondent
filed a letter expressing his intent to abandon his challenge to South Carolina Department of Natural
Resources' suspension of Respondent's hunting and fishing privileges.
Wherefore, this matter having been ended, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case
be and hereby is dismissed.
