ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. On October
24, 1995, a letter was received from the Petitioner requesting that his request for a hearing be
withdrawn (see attached letter).
Therefore, based upon the Petitioner's request for withdrawal, IT IS ORDERED that the
above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
