ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The
Parties notified this Court by Consent Stipulation of Voluntary Dismissal with
Prejudice dated July 11, 2006, that they desired to dismiss the case. The
Petitioner would no longer prosecute this matter. There being no case in
controversy after the Petitioner’s withdrawal,
IT
IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED with prejudice. The
Order for Extension of Prehearing Statements requesting that Prehearing
Statements be filed on or before August 18, 2006 is hereby cancelled.
AND
IT IS SO ORDERED.
